Sigh... Indeed this is the case. This off topic (way off) but I can assure you that he cut back on funding in several areas at the SSA. The one that hit me . Bush did not allow the judges at SSA to be replaced so as the demand came up (due to other polices) there was no people to have hearings so it was standard to deny the claim and then it took 6 years for the judges to hear the claim.
