Some shops refuse to spend the money. And, yes, it's shortsighted, but
that's a rant for another day.
I'm continually being surprised by what users don't know, but do you
mention the ability to have multiple named splits in ISPF?

Often I find about a quarter of a class will simply continue
to work the old way; they are more comfortable using a single
screen and jumping around within that screen. But the majority,
when they learn about multiple, named screens in combination
with swapbar, prefer to take advantage of these features.
