Suggestion: If you are licensed for DFSMSdss, and you want to use a system-determined block size:
COPY DS(INCLUDE(dsn)) +
CATALOG DELETE OUTDYN(outvol) ALLDATA(*) REBLOCK(*)
ADRDSSU will preserve the reference date.
