Hi Sidd, There are a few more things you could look into.
1. Are you running the same level of CICS and CICSPlex SM libraries? 2. When you make the connection to the CMCI for the first time, do you see any CICSPlex SM resources (EYU*) being dynamically installed in your MSGUSR log? 3. Do you see anything unusual in your JESYSMSG log? If these don't help then it is probably time to raise a PMR with IBM.
