I dont mind helping anyone, but there are two issues, one that person will 
never learn to be self-reliant for problems and secondly
sometimes I just have the time to hand-hold, especially when IBM explained much 
better than I can because its their product.

There's a difference between helping you and doing your job for you.
Scott's complaint was about people who want a baby-sitter, not a
mentor.

Exactly; that person *wanted* to learn, unlike the people Scott
complained about.
