But I'm no longer amazed at yours. You called it an "explicit ban"; yet the
very text you quoted shows that it is NOT a ban -- it merely imposes a
condition, which you apparently ASS.U.me they have not met.
Unless and until you can provide PROOF POSITIVE that any of the people
connected with Hercules have indeed violated any of IBM's terms and
conditions, kindly STFU about it. Your continued ranting and railing
against Hercules only diminishes your own reputation.
