You need to have a look at OA09675. This is a problem affecting UCB swap performed by HyperSwap, TDMF, FDRPAS, etc. It looks like the design changes to fix this are very complex. The problem affects a suspended channel program on a alias when the alias is unbound during UCB swap. Looks like it will be resolved by OA14248 by eliminating suspended channel programs to paging devices for ASM.
