snip......................... I received the following error message. Can someone please tell me what I should do. Also, I looked at the vendor's website but I couldn't find the books that would shed some light for this problem.

Probably you have parallel processes ongoing (and maybe these are restores....). The order of processes (in case of restore) must be compliant with the sequence of objects in EXHPDM tapes; otherwise you may experience such delays.
