Some programmers confronted with any standards can produce gibberish as code. I made the (possibly silly) assumption that people were disciplined with their coding. If they're not, then the standards don't matter, do they? When I use the INCLUDE construct, I don't put any 'standard' JCL in them, just SET statements. When in doubt.
