Hallo to all I am investigating an alert message put out by DFHSM: ARC0521I PRIMARY SPACE MANAGEMENT ENDED PRIOR TO\']\';;EVENT_DESCRIPTION_CATEGORY=PRIMARY SPACE MGT PROB;;EVENT_PROBABLE_CAUSE=UNKNOWN" I did the normal health checks and all looks okay. I checked the log and I found nothing out of the ordinary. I checked the DFHSM parmlib and the PRIMARYSPMGMTSTART(0030 0900) which indicates that it has till 0900 to completed the primary space management. At 2 .am. the message the following message was displayed on the console: ARC0521I PRIMARY SPACE MANAGEMENT ENDED SUCCESSFULLY
I understand that the alert was for informational use, however, there must have been a problem sometime for this to be triggered. Can anybody please tell me what I should look for in the DFHSM log? So far, as I had said, nothing seems out of place. Thanks for your help.
