The Dewey Screwem and Howe Bank and Trust (or was that a law firm?)

Dewey, Cheatem and Howe? Three Stoodges...just hilarious.

I was thinking more of three-armed bandits. Fees, fees, and reprocessing
fees. BofA said profits were up 41% last quarter due to fees and increased user

borrowing? Seems like it ought to be law
or the usery laws ought to apply to fees as well. One of the pay-check
loaners charges 300% and the lines are long middle and end of the month.
