PRIVAT means it wants a scratch tape. The "-1" is really part of the
next line. 
Eg "- 1 OFFLINE, NOT ACCESSABLE 0593" is really one message.

What is the UNITNAME in HSM set up like? Does it only include device
0593? That would be my first guess.
