So, you are the one! When I got to FNB Lubbock in the late 70s, they had the 1401 Emulator coded into the supervisor for DOS 31. They had two 1401 programs still running. One to read cards and write them to tape and the second to copy the tape to a second tape and print a count of the records
copied.
