I would not necessarily assume that a stuck ShopzSeries order is due to 
whatever is causing the issues today with web IBMLink.

I've had the occasional order get stuck throughout the life of ShopzSeries - 
and a call to ShopzSeries support has always fixed such problems.

>From the ShopzSeries web site:  "If you experience problems submitting a 
ShopzSeries order, contact IBM Technical Support to open a PMR with 
keyword SHOPZSERIES."  I've had good success with this support mechanism 
over the years, and would encourage you to use this.
