QuickRef will tell you whether the volume belongs to an SMS storage group, but will not tell you whether the volume is SMS managed. Because, it does not indicate whether the STORAGEGROUP has been turned on in the VTOC.
I know ISMF 2.1.1 and IEHLIST will reveal whether STORAGEGROUP is on. But, I don't believe D SMS,VOL(volser) will tell you. I don't know about TASID, UCB under option 5, SHOWZOS (SHOWMVS), FDR Report VLSMSTAT field, or others.
