Some people might actually need to enhance/test their software on the new platform so it can be ready in time. Or, their customers might be part of a beta test program for the new processor. Or, their company has agreed to be part of that beta test effort. No matter the reason, anyone involved would undoubtedly be subject to the terms of an NDA. It has nothing to do with writing "glowing" reviews.
