It's really easy to do. And if you have problems, it's just as easy to go back. One consequence is that you can't see what's happening on the SDSF INIT panel. Before you do it, make sure you have the JC panel enabled. Operations will like S JOBNAME for those situations when they really need to get a job running. No more messing around with priorities to get a job to the top of the queue and starting/stopping an initiator for it. For the most part, you don't want them doing that, though. Let WPL start the initiators as it sees fit. You'll probably find that there are fewer jobs running at the same time, but the overall throughput will be higher.
