If it does turn out to be an APF issue, you can't have non-APF libraries in the same joblib/steplib as APF libraries. If you have any non-authorized libraries, then *all* libraries become non-authorized. I'm not sure if you're saying that the APF authorized module is in the linklist or not. I don't think joblib or steplib will invalidate APF authorization of linklisted datasets, so if it's an authorization issue, and your module is in the linklist, and you don't have a duplicately named module in a *lib, then I'm not sure.

Does a JOBLIB invalidate APF authorization of a module pulled from the link list (remember no STEPLIB) when first tried? It appears there are no calls to sub modules.
