You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink. I mean no dis-respect, but we've told the OP: 1. Don't use a STEPLIB; use the LNKLST. OR: 2. All libraries in a concatenation for STEP/JOB LIB must be authorised, or the whole list is not.
