I think that your only option with Info-ZIP is to build from the latest 
source distributions (3.0 for zip, and 6.0 for unzip.) The 6.0 release 
of unzip is still Beta, but appears to be fairly solid; earlier unzip 
releases don't support file sizes > 2GB.

There used to be a ton of Info-ZIP pre-built binaries floating around 
for various platforms (including the venerable mainframe), but there 
don't seem to be in recent years.
