Hello Walter,
Yes, we have shared USS file system. We get
BPXI004I message before the NFS client start completely. Please look at the
below job log.

But I also noticed below messages on syslog for file system space.

BPXF024I (BPXOINIT) Jun 26 22:30:38 localhost syslogd: /usr/local/logs 220
/syslog.log: EDC5129I No such file or directory. Errno/Rsn=129/05620062
BPXF024I (BPXOINIT) Jun 26 22:30:38 localhost syslogd: FSUM1206 221
socket: EDC5112I Resource temporarily unavailable. Errno/Rsn=112/74B30 296
FSUM1248 SYSLOGD INITIALIZATION COMPLETE

I think the problem may have been due to a full file system
(/usr/local/logs). I think everything was waiting on the syslog daemon to
start. but still not sure completely, so doing more research on this.

Please suggest.

Regards
Saurabh
