They don't build far ahead.  What is on the factory floor is already
sold and will be installed in 2 months.

So a customer can get a z196 in 2 months (or DR replacement in 2
weeks) or a EC12 in 6 to 12months.

Resellers of used equipment will start to drop prices when they start
getting a lot of equipment in.
