Yes - which also implies that the security provided by this scheme is
illusory, since anyone who can run a program of their choice can
effectively remove the STOP command CIB. Well, perhaps these
locked-into-ISPF users can't run programs, or perhaps it's just a
means to avoid confusing them with a READY prompt that they don't
normally see.

Regardless, this issue continues to puzzle me. On a 1.13 system here I
*am* seeing the logoff after a STOP command, but without the

IKJ56620I MVS STOP command encountered. TSO/E session is terminated.
