Matt, 
I think about the best you can do is LIST SYSMODS FORFMID(HSMA135,HSMA136) (or 
whichever FMIDs you want) and exclude them manually. 
There was a SHARE requirement many years ago asking for this function, but at 
the time it was rejected because IBM didn't think they could provide it in the 
timeframe. It might be worth another try.
