the binder HOBSET option - this will set the high order bit of each V-type

I created a requirement years ago for HOBSET to set the low-order bit for 64-bit EPAs (which these days are quite common).

They didn't want to do that, so then I asked for a LOBSET option. Never got that either... :-(
