My turn. Small shop, single machine with 2 "everything" LPARs on it (prod, acceptance, test, user, sysprog sandbox). Working on replacing the processor with a new one (I think z10BC moving to z12BC). Had DASD cabled to both boxes, z12 not powered up yet. Forgot to check the "load at activate" parm to make sure it was off and hit the activate button on z12. "load at activate" was on. Started IPLing both LPARs, immediately crashing both production LPARs on z10. Found out real quickly that z/OS doesn't like another operating system touching the PLPA dataset.
