What you need is the eConfig output from whoever (IBM or the Business Partner)
configured the systems before the order was placed. IBM manufacturing use the
eConfig output to 'build' the system. eConfig output will give you a list of
all the features ordered and more importantly show you the layout and location
of all the 'I/O' features in each I/O Drawer etc.

Subject: New z16's packing slips

Question :

I have 2 new z16's on the computer floor that we need to get working but
I need to find the detail of what is in them.

What is the terminology in the IBM world for a packing slip ?

In the DELL world it is called a packing slip that tells you what is in
the machine you ordered.

I have full access to all the IBM support sites.
