At the bottom, you show 157 tracks and 6 xt (extents). The JCL has 
SPACE=(TRK,(10,10),RLSE). This  is impossible unless SMS is overriding the 
space or another job specifies a larger SPACE=. The space says 10 tracks 
primary and 10 tracks for new extents. This means allocated space (157) must be 
less than or equal to 6 extents times 10 tracks (60) tracks.
