I would check out Thomas Conley's Dynamic ISPF  process on the CBTTAPE.ORG

File #495.

If you question is beyond DB2, that you want to access ISPF functions more 
dynamically, this is where you can start.

If it is just DB2, then IDUG.ORG is a good place to check the archives.
