In my case the only interrelatedness was that my thought - a record exit on UNPACK - also related to AMATERSE.
So Peter was right to suggest it was the subject of a different RFE. If you mean that both are needed in order to accomplish the requirement, then "together" would make sense to me. If they're interrelated such as "just" by belonging to the same product or area (such as AMATERSE), that's where I'd probably say "separate". And there are cases in between. But thinking of "yes, the whole thing" or "no" as the possible answers to the requirement is probably good.
