It seems that you should be able to use the output from GIMXSID to identify the components and FMIDs.
Once you have the FMID, you can use SMP/E GENERATE or BUILDMCS and get either the JCL or the MCS statements associated with the FMID so that you can determine the target/distribution libraries by processing that information. That would give you all the elements associated with an FMID without having to run a lot of reports.
