Good and failsafe solution as long you protect your JES2 properly. JES2 exit nr 2 is a good place to enforce your JOB rules and regulations without JCL error. If you're too lazy to use that and don't mind see JCL error message, try scanning the ACEE of the jobowner with UJI exit and simply give RC=04. Same result - job is expanded, but with JCL error.
