Despite the said monitor warning *twice* that the segment to be freed had changed. Then went to lunch. Those of us still at our desks starting seeing really weird JES2 abends. We had a JES expert in-house, and I had a look at a couple of dumps, but we had no idea, so eventually pulled the pin (development system) and IPL'd to get a SADump.
