Willie has already posted that there is no backup. The data set along with the catalog entry has been deleted - as long as the ML2 tape has not been recycled, it can be retrieved from there. There is a documented procedure for doing this in the HSM administration manual.

Try allocating the old DSN as empty and restore from a backup.
