To be definitive: A properly coded call to IEAVPSE2 from a type 2 SVC, with or without a properly coded SETFRR, in a supported environment, works fine, resulting in a paused work unit. If the paused work unit is canceled and there was an FRR at the time of the pause, the FRR gets control.
