The place I help out at got burned with easy types of installs. They had to back out a system because one product was overlooked and it took too much time to fix the issue. After that the SMPE rule came down. Heck at a former place they had to deinstall a couple of CPU’s because a product used the CPU serial # (it was given to us incorrectly). So a simple issue balloons into major issues.
