And if they do I'm confident that Olson database will provide a new locale
as a timely accommodatation, even as they did for Asia/Pyongyang (a
half-hour adjustment) and Pacific/Apia (a 24 hour! adjustment).  They
couldn't just use America/Halifax because that would be historically
incorrect.
