First, Timothy Sipples is certainly one of the top authorities on this
board, and I take his opinion very seriously.  But both Lennie
Dymoke-Bradshaw's reply, and Brian Chapman's seem to me closer to the
facts.  The paper is not only has half-truths and is misleading, but is
utterly banal.  I can't see there's anyone with actual responsibility for
security or mainframes of any kind that could glean anything useful from
it, other than IBM wants to sell something.

A prospective customer shouldn't have to re-edit the copy, nor "read
between the lines" to divine what's really meant.  I expect better than
this from IBM.
