To a lesser degree, the freeware tool TRACK will allow you to see
at least part of the open conslog. In any event, I'd HIGHLY recommend
downloading Track (is the current z-version still called TrackXA ??)
for general problem sniffing.

Agreed about CA's VM support team.


VM:Spool - Whenever someone reports a problem with a Linux instance, I =

this first to examine that server's open console log. It's a definite =
time
saver.

I might also add the CA support team in Herndon VA is second to none!
