Little routine to rebuild CMS? Without automation what about the tried 
and true: (ok it's a procedure not a routine)
from MAINT:
VMFSETUP ZVM CMS (for those too lazy to access the right disk directly...)
SAMPNSS CMS
IPL 190 CLEAR PARM SAVESYS CMS

I reckon I should just code up my own routine, but I'm fairly lazy.  Now, if
someone else happened to have a little EXEC to rebuild CMS that wouldn't
mind sharing... ;-)
