Take a dump sent it to IBM and they will fix the problem that caused it this time. They have fixed many problems with the symptom LOGOFF/FORCE pending. If they keep getting dumps they may get then all fixed someday. :)
Or insert a cartridge in that tape unit it has attached ;-) (my most common cause)
