Hello Terrence, You should be able to check on that specific printer by using your Internet Browser and accessing that IP address.
You should get some status/maintenance/administration screen. And have access to all the configuration information and log information. This is a great tool for debugging print problems. If your browser can not get to the address, nothing else can either.
