Both of them need to have their own IP address. The IP addresses on the HOME statement are the IP addresses you are assigning to the interfaces on the VM system. So, as you have it configured, the LLINUX27 interface on your VM system is using an IP address of 192.168.99.227 (which is the same as your linux system, which is a no-no).
