This pack is used and mini disk were allocate from this pack.
When I used cpfmtxa:
cpfmtxa a54f
ENTER FORMAT, ALLOCATE, LABEL, OR QUIT:

510W04 CYLINDER ZERO NOT IN CP FORMAT
Why cylinder 0 is wiped out ? what if I reformat cyl 0, will the data be
lost from other location
in this pack ?
