Many thanks for everyone's help. The newer version of Charlotte and Webrover seem to be working.
We have some internal issues relating to how signon is done that are restricting my access to some intranet sites: I'm guessing Charlotte can't handle whatever it is that the security folks are wanting it (her?) to do but what that is yet not if there is a workaround, I don't yet know. ian ...
