Just a note on FTPing to a RDR - the file is first transmitted to a work
disk owned by the FTP server. After the last byte is transmitted, the file
then has to        SENDFILE'd (equivalent) to your reader by the FTP
server, and the FTP client doesn't hear from the server again until that
process completes. If the file is large, that could take a while and your
FTP session can timeout (based on your FTP *client* timeout settings).
