Ah, that's the easy part.   Now... do you have a Business Sponsor, a 
registered Project, a Project Manager, a Project Plan, and a chargecode 
for the hardware, software, and billable time?

Oh, wait... it's not a big company-sponsored project.  Never mind. 
The desired goal can be reached quickly within the required time, cheaply, 
with few people, and work well! ;-)
