Would any of you happen to know if an LTO3 tape drive can read a tape produced on an LTO2? Often the newer higher-density drive can read a tape produced on an older drive, but the older drive cannot of course read a tape produced on a newer one. Does anyone know if that would hold true in the LTO2/LTO3 scenario?
