Having just moved from a 7060 with internal disk to a z800 and Shark this spring, that's what I did.
I ran ICKDSF and CPVOL to format then CPVOL to allocate, the spool and dump volumes, IPLed CLEAN from the DDRed RES volume, and did a SPXTAPE load of the spool files.
