Minor typo.

If year < 1970 insert "hundred" before "users", else insert "thousand".

In context, it's obvious that the author assumes that the only "users" our "glass house" mainframes supported were on 3270's. (Side bets that Mr. Wallis is old enough to have ever _seen_ a 3270, anyone?)
